I am a qualified SOSA Dance Fitness Instructor for SOSA Dance Fitness, Seated SOSA and Specialist Simply SOSA teaching for balance, stability and fall prevention through dance. I am also part of the Pro-Team for National Choreography.

I joined Iain’s SOSA class in January last year after having 2 slipped discs and being told to lose weight and try low impact exercise by my GP, I had a lot of baby weight still to lose after having 3 babies. I was nervous at first but didn’t need to be as Iain instantly made me feel really welcome and I thought it was the most fun I’d had in ages so I then went on to join his other fitness classes and have since lost 2 stone in weight, have toned up and my back is so much better and my core is stronger.
