They are small friendly groups, often a small group of friends, colleagues, parents on the school run, or social acquaintances who are looking for help, support, and motivation to achieve a dietary goal. It's not always about losing weight. Like fitness goals, we all have different goals we would like to achieve.
The Diet and Nutrition Clubs are a supportive, friendly, fun, motivational, and informative way to reach your goals. No shaming, no judging, no pressure. Just a great social way to get help and encouragement with your goals, with Iain, an experienced and CIMSPA Registered and endorsed Personal Trainer, Clinical Personal Trainer, Sports Therapist and Fitness Professional.

Sam’s Story
After 3 kids and 2 slipped discs on my back I felt frumpy, overweight and couldn't even do a single sit-up or jog to the end of my street without feeling exhausted. But after joining Iain's fitness classes, SOSA, Yoga, Pilates, Core Conditioning and his Diet + Nutrition Club I've lost over 2 stone in weight! I have toned up all over my body, have my old figure back and feel like I did before I had children.
Iain's knowledge on diet and nutrition have been so helpful and transformed my whole way of eating. I now look at food and what I'm putting into my body with a lot more care.
I feel inspired to try new recipes and I really enjoy eating healthily. My skin is clearer, hair and nails are growing faster and I feel great with much more energy. Iain makes fitness and diet so fun and enjoyable so you can't help but feel inspired. He's changed my life and I can't thank him enough!
Amy’s Story
I started the Gym in June 2022 & I did my very first class which was Iain's SOSA class. I was very nervous to start with but Iain was really nice, accepting & talked us through all the steps before starting the routine. I loved every minute of it ! As my confidence grew,I started to try some more of his classes ; Yoga, Pilates, Core Conditioning Aerobics & Seated Sosa …and WOW! I haven't looked back since.
Iain is always so positive in every class he teaches and always encourages you to do what you can.
I wanted to start eating more healthy as my diet was non-existent with my busy lifestyle. As Iain is an experienced Personal Trainer, I went to him for advice and with my best friend, joined his Diet & Nutrition Club. I started this on the 22nd June 2023 and can't believe the results I have seen with the help and advice from Iain, he gives you tips to look out for when shopping and choosing food .My tummy hasn't been this flat for a long time.
So thanks to Iain's classes and positive encouragement and his Diet & Nutrition Club I've got to where I am now. I can't wait to keep going and achieve more! I couldn't recommend Iain @ Olcote Wellbeing's Fitness enough.
