At Olcote Wellbeing I take a positive approach to Personal Training. It’s about your goals and your aspirations. I am there to support you to reach those goals and build your confidence and progression in form and technique in a professional, safe and controlled way, providing advice, encouragement, motivation and support throughout.
I’ve worked in the Gyms, Hotels and Leisure Centres and know that many people ‘slip through the net’ of achieving their fitness potential as they feel intimidated by the big corporate gym environment, don’t really have a plan when they get there, or just don’t like the idea of going to the gym!
Personal Training does not have to be carried out in that kind of environment. It’s about being in an environment where you feel comfortable to work and develop towards those goals.
I operate a mobile Personal Training service and in-situ from a fully equipped comprehensive gym and advanced e-gym in South Norfolk, working the city and South Norfolk.
After assessing current fitness levels and future aspirations, I work with you to develop a plan that works towards agreed goals but also fits into your lifestyle and schedule. I will devise a programme for you that is focused, achievable but also challenges and strives to improve performance. I don't have to even be there in the flesh either! If you prefer, you can opt for my virtual personal training service (via Facetime, Whatsapp or similar platform). This means you don’t have to be local to benefit from Olcote Personal Training, or you can still have your session even if you are away from home!
With an extensive background in Yoga and Pilates to add to my experience in Personal Training and fitness instruction, anatomy and physiology and sports massage, I have based my focus as a Personal Trainer on core strength and stability, stretch and flexibility, mobility and body weight exercises for toning, conditioning, strength and balance. I am also trained as a Clinical and GP Referral Personal Trainer and work extensively with special populations. I particularly enjoy helping more mature clients get back to health and fitness through exercise, working with clients that are returning to fitness after many years of little exercise and helping people discover the benefits of fitness even with health conditions.
My passion is to offer fully inclusive fitness. I am dedicated to assisting clients find fitness that works for them and give them the confidence, knowledge and support to achieve their agreed fitness goals. You don’t need to feel lost in the gym or feel self conscious. I’ll be there with you from the beginning, helping you to improve your fitness levels and unleash that full potential!

In addition to working in the gyms I run my own Olcote classes which are small groups and bespoke to the client base. I also run private classes for up to 5 people, tailored to you... so get some friends together and get fit with me! This also extends to the corporate arena where I work with clients in the workplace helping to increase morale and reduce sickness levels, with a programme of fitness, yoga or Pilates classes.
