  • Personal Trainer (level 4) - General practitioner with a clear, experienced, knowledgeable and motivational approach. My passion is core strength and conditioning training and body weight/resistance training. I am a Registered Personal Trainer with CIMSPA (The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity).

  • Clinical Personal Trainer - I am a fully inclusive fitness trainer dedicated to helping everyone achieve their fitness goals and aspirations. I have built my business coaching and motivating those embarking on a journey to fitness where long term illness, underlying health problems, exercise in later life, body confidence or self esteem issues need not be barriers to achievement.

  • Advanced Pilates Instructor - With many years experience, I am a passionate advocate of this programme and trained to distinction level. My specialist knowledge in core strength, balance and resistance work extends from mat to standing work, incorporating barre and the use of equipment to enhance or aid performance and execution.

  • Experienced Yoga Teacher - I have had a love of ‘true’ Yoga from childhood and have practised for thirty seven years. My approach to yoga is cross discipline, incorporating strength of hold with flow and bind for flexibility. I always use Pranayama techniques and finish every session with the all important Nidra.

  • Fitness Instructor - Owing to my experience, I offer a broad spectrum of classes from cardio, strength and flexibility, general aerobic fitness, box fitness, circuit training, barre and dance fitness.

  • Online Personal Trainer and Online Fitness Coach - You don’t even have to worry about finding a class or turning out for a class at the end of a busy day either. I offer some of my classes online, particularly those for my more mature clients who then don’t have the hassle of driving to venues and finding parking. You can get fit in your own time, on your own terms in your own environment, but still feel that all important group energy.

  • Sports Massage Therapist - Aware of the potential injuries that can occur through sport and fitness activities, I trained to become a full Sports Massage Therapist taking my love of sport and fitness and knowledge of the human body to help prevent and repair sports related muscular injuries.

  • Qualified Counsellor - I am a fully qualified and practising professional Counsellor. I offer general practice but have a special interest in positive thinking strategies, stress and anxiety issues, body confidence, self esteem and eating disorders and couple and relationship difficulties. Before practising privately, I worked in the charity sector.
